TEMPERATURE COATER FOR CHOCOLATE FBM PROXIMA
Proxima is the 25 kg energy saving chocolate tempering machine, produced by FBM.
The continuous tempering technology features two separate systems: heating via thermal induction to guarantee maximum precision and reactivity by significantly reducing electrical absorption and cooling via gas, guaranteeing short times and precision in maintaining the temperature.
Screw reversing device for automatic chocolate emptying and reduction of tempering cycle restart times.
It can be equipped with a 180 mm wide enrobing trolley (optional) which includes an air diffuser, an independent tail cutter motor, a lever paper block system.
Proxima can be equipped (on request) with an auger speed regulator and/or trolley speed regulator.
