RELATIVE HUMIDITY CONTROL
The addition of a dedicated electronic kit allows humidity to be regulated, creating the optimal conditions for keeping the chocolate below 50% relative humidity. The perfect showcase to preserve the quality and taste of yours intact
creations.
DRY HOT TOP
The TCS version houses a hot surface divided into two parts and made of scratch-resistant ceramic layered with heated glass,
easily removable for cleaning thanks to the stainless steel handle.
The operating temperature on the hot surface can be adjusted via the electronic control unit up to a maximum of 80°C.

The refrigeration system is a jewel of high technology and sustainability: R290 natural refrigerant with hermetic compressor and defrost by compressor stop. Maximum environmental sustainability as it is fully compatible with the European F-GAS regulation.
INSULATION WITH PENTANE FOAM
The insulation with a low environmental impact Cyclopentane process guarantees 20% higher insulation performance
compared to traditional systems.
