FBM AURA BENCH TEMPERATURE MACHINE
Aura represents the expression of FBM technology in the field of small countertop chocolate tempering machines.
The machine is controlled by a dedicated electronic board through which it is possible to set the working parameters and obtain continuous tempering.
The heating takes place inside the melting tank while the tempera is reached in the cochlea.
The chocolate melting system uses thermal induction to ensure maximum precision and reactivity and significantly reduce electrical absorption. At the same time the chocolate is cooled and tempered using freon gas.
The reversal of the auger allows the chocolate to be emptied daily to reduce the tempering cycle restart times to a minimum.
Automatic auger unloading system, when the machine is switched off, with return of the chocolate to the melting tank and complete emptying of the auger itself.
Electronic foot-operated flow stop dispenser, with selection of dosage time and number of repetitions.

On request it is possible to have the screw disassembly system to change the type of chocolate without waste and in a few minutes.
