The Elite Line presents a wide range of quality products, consisting of glasswashers, dishwashers with single and double tank and utensil washers. Designed to offer excellent washing results, the appliances in the Elite Line perfectly meet the needs of ease of use, low operating costs and long life.
A flexible range for any space
The Elite Omniwash Line is the ideal solution for any space. Appliances with a 400 or 500mm rack, perfect for under-the-counter installation, join the 4SA and 4SB front-loading dishwashers, while the powerful 4SC utensil washer with its 500x620mm stainless steel rack is the optimal solution for washing very dirty dishes. In places where space permits, the Elite Line also offers the possibility of choosing between two models of hood dishwashers, 6 2P and 6 2P/S which, with 2 washing pumps of 1HP each, guarantee truly incredible performance.
Perfect clean, always
All the machines in the Elite line use directly produced washing pumps, so as to guarantee the best performance, wash after wash.
The 4SC utensil washers, the 4SA front loading dishwashers and the 6 2P and 62P/S hood dishwashers are fitted as standard with an incredible washing system, equipped with 2 pumps of 1HP each.
Last but not least, the powerful 1HP washing pump also installed in the Elite 4SB, 500 and 503 models ensures unparalleled results.
Perfectly clean dishes are obtained only with a constant and powerful rinse. The rinse boiler of the Elite line offers an exclusive rinse temperature maintenance system, guaranteeing the best results.
Impellers and washing jets, together with the powerful and exclusive Omniwash pumps, perform a highly performing action, to ensure perfectly clean dishes on any occasion.
The Interlock Omniwash device allows the rinse cycle to be carried out only when the set temperatures are reached, to guarantee the best hygiene standards.
The glasswashers of the Elite Omniwash line are equipped with a Cold Rinse button.
In crowded bars, when a quick rotation of cups and saucers is needed, this device allows a quick reuse of the dishes, without long waiting times. Upon request, the Elite 400 and 500 models are also available with an internal softener.
The elimination of calcium and magnesium, which are naturally present in the water, allows in fact to obtain purified water, essential for perfect cleaning.

The control panel is easy to use, so as to facilitate the user's tasks.
Wash and rinse impellers that are simple to extract and easy to clean. Surface filters that do not allow dirt and food residues to enter. On request, possibility of washing impellers and surface filters in stainless steel.
All undercounter models in the Elite line are equipped with door springs and shock absorbers. Possibility of choosing between models with two or three washing cycles, where each cycle begins with washing and ends with rinsing automatically, so as to guarantee maximum ease of use. In hood models, operation is extremely simple: by lowering the hood, the cycle is activated and a powerful washing of the dishes followed by a thorough rinsing action begins. Furthermore, a special drainage system allows the tank to be completely drained, simplifying the cleaning operations of the machine at the end of its use. Upon request, a drain pump option is also available, should it be necessary to drain the water by pressing a simple button. The appliances in the Elite range have been designed for a noise level of less than 62dBA, making them ideal for use in public places, bars and cafés.
Low maintenance costs
Today more than ever, it is important to ensure low maintenance costs of the machines. The peristaltic pumps of the Omniwash dispensers accurately control the consumption of detergents while the surface filters, positioned in the tank, help keep the washing water cleaner for longer. Special Incoloy heating elements, exceptional for their rapid heating qualities, offer an important reduction in electricity consumption.
The machines of the Elite Line, produced in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, are built in strict compliance with the environment and current regulations.
