The Carpigiani Turbomix is an indispensable tool in the modern gelato laboratory for the preparation of all blends.

QUALITY'

The Carpigiani Turbomix is an indispensable tool in the modern gelato laboratory for the preparation of all blends. It is used to blend, emulsify and disperse dry, fibrous and fatty ingredients in liquids to obtain homogeneous blends.

PERFORMANCE

The Turbomix is made up of a stable vertical table structure, on which the motor holder arm is fixed; by a powerful variable speed motor, with vertical and oscillating movement. Also supplied are two different emulsifiers, one for characterizing creams and pastes, and one for fresh or frozen fruit.

COMFORT'

Cream emulsifier: ideal agitator for the intimate dispersion of the pastes characterizing the dense and sugary creams, or oily and rich in fats, in the base mix.

Fruit emulsifier: ideal for chopping and blending pieces of fresh or frozen fruit and for finely dispersing fruit purées in the base.

Optional Cutter is a rotating blender for chopping large pieces of fruit, even very thick ones such as pears and apples.

SAVINGS

Turbomix allows you to do your job easily and to obtain perfectly homogeneous ice cream mixtures.

SAFETY

The Turbomix is enabled for operation only with the simultaneous presence of the 2 operator's hands on the control handles. Speed adjustment is performed by sliding the thumbs on the handles themselves. After 10 seconds of continuous contact of the hands on the handles, the machine emits an acoustic signal and a luminous one, which indicate the possibility of automatic functioning of the same.

HYGIENE

Replacing Emulsifiers: by unscrewing the ring nut located under the motor, the emulsifier is released and slipped off to be changed. The coupling between the motor and the rotor is made of plastic, easily replaceable, to protect the machine in case of improper use. At the end of the working day, the emulsifiers used must be completely disassembled for complete cleaning.
