PERFORMANCE
Hard-O-Tronic®: The exclusive system for an excellent ice cream. The programmed consistency values and that of the ice cream being frozen appear constantly on the LCD display. With the arrows it is always possible to modify it, to obtain your own ideal ice cream.
POM stirrer: The stirrer has no central shaft and has POM blades, impervious to the cold, for the total expulsion of the ice cream; rigid and light, it has self-adjusting scraper pads for constant cleaning and performance of the cylinder.
Post-Cooling: To keep the consistency of the ice cream that comes out last intact, the cold is reactivated even during extraction with the post-cooling.

Optional 3E agitator: Ideal for producing Ice Cream. Also available as a spare.
Optional Crystal portioning door: Ideal with the use of the Crystal program for filling containers and jars directly from the machine.
Thanks to the spacer, which can be fitted at any time, it is possible to reduce the opening of the outlet door, thus facilitating the extraction of the Crystal product and the washing of the machine.
Versatile shelf that can be mounted in three different positions depending on the type of use: Position 1 for traditional trays, Position 2 for round tubs and Position 3 to save space when not in use. Easily removable during cleaning operations.
Optional Shelf cover mat is designed to keep the trays in position during the extraction of the ice cream.
