Refrigerated storage at the service of a range of laboratory cabinets in different capacities with single and double doors. Ventilated or static refrigeration and positive or negative temperature. Design for everyday use; 80 mm insulation thickness for greater energy savings and ergonomics designed to ensure comfort in everyday setup, handling and maintenance. Energy saving and respect for the environment are at the heart of the performance.
SET UP
The standard equipment includes 4 stainless steel racks (10 positions - 130 mm pitch), 5 chromed shelves (530x720 mm) and 5 pairs of stainless steel C guides (724 mm), with a maximum load of 60 kg per shelf.
LABOR PLUS
The static refrigeration cabinet for ice cream
Labor is the ice cream storage cabinet, with a temperature range of -18/-15 °C and R290 natural gas refrigerant. Characterized by its static refrigeration with agitator, it has been designed to ensure the correct conservation of the creations of the master gelato makers in the gelato parlor during the entire production cycle.
Ideal for ice cream, sticks, frozen desserts, mousses and ice cream cakes.
Interior finishes and surfaces
Labor was entirely designed in AISI 304 stainless steel, with an insulation thickness of 80 mm. The internal walls and bottoms of the refrigerated compartments are made with rounded corners.
Easy to clean
The internal design of the compartment has been designed to make daily cleaning operations as easy as possible: completely removable racks and gasket. The drain on the bottom of the tub (1 inch standard size) makes extraordinary cleaning operations simple.
Static refrigeration
Static refrigeration with stirrer for a uniform distribution of the cold inside the cell, creating the right climate for perfect preservation of the ice cream with a temperature range from -18 / -15 °C.
NATURAL TECHNOLOGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Natural refrigerant
The use of natural refrigerants R290 and R600a allows the reduction of CO2 emissions and an average reduction of 5-10% of energy consumption. The sustainable choice for the environment.
Natural thermal insulation
The use of cyclopentane polyurethane foam, in addition to maximizing thermal insulation, allows the reduction of consumption and environmental impact. The 70 mm insulation thickness of the shells allows for greater structural stability of the cabinet and a reduction in heat dispersion for further energy savings.
Electronic fans
The condensing unit and the evaporating group are equipped with low noise and mechanical vibration electronic fans, allowing a reduction of energy consumption up to 60%.
Low noise
Free to work in complete silence. The Lab blast chiller collection adopts the most advanced technologies capable of making the work environment quiet and comfortable; the condensing unit is equipped with hermetic compressor and electronic fans with low noise and mechanical vibrations.
Thermal break
The front structure of the compartment has a perimeter frame for joining the body, with heat-sealed joint corners. Thanks to this it is possible to avoid thermal dispersions between the door seal and the body, guaranteeing a high thermal break between the inside and the outside of the blast chiller.
ERGONOMICS AND MAINTENANCE
Easy access to the condensing unit
The condensing unit is accessible thanks to the hinge system which allows the cover to be opened as a door, allowing for a reduction in service times and facilitating ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations.
Monobloc engine
Each cabinet provides for the positioning of the monobloc motor, in the external technical compartment above the refrigerated module, independently from the latter. A structure that allows you to have over 10% more space available for storage, maximum protection from corrosion and easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
Adjustable feet
The stainless steel feet are adjustable in height, with a wide range from 115 mm to 175 mm. Suitable for any type of floor, they guarantee maximum stability of the bench and perfect aesthetic alignment between the juxtaposed modules. Directional wheels with locking brakes are available as an option, to make moving the cabinet inside the laboratory as easy as possible.
Evaporator protective coating
A protective cataphoresis coating has been applied to the evaporator, which eliminates the risk of possible refrigerant leaks due to corrosion phenomena resulting from the presence of citric acids and/or vinegar in some types of preserved foods.
PERFORMANCE
Doors with automatic return
The doors with automatic return are equipped pivot hinges that allow the door to open up to 170° with the contextual lock in the open position at 90°.
Lock with key
The range of ISA Lab cabinets provides for the door to be closed with a key lock, which allows you to protect the contents of the refrigerator by blocking the opening of the door.
Reversible doors
Thanks to the presence of the same fixing interfaces as the pivot hinges, the doors are also reversible in case of post-installation needs. They can have right or left opening, without the need for special accessories or spare parts.
Courtesy light
In the positive temperature GE 700 Ultra version, lighting is provided by means of a LED courtesy light positioned on the control panel casing which switches on automatically when the door is opened.
Multiple openings
The decompression valve quickly balances the pressure in the refrigerated compartment, allowing repeated opening of the door and avoiding the formation of condensation as an effect of pressure changes.
