QUALITY'

FIVE automatic programs: 2 to produce delicious milk ice cream and fresh fruit sorbets; 1 to produce perfect fruit slushes; 2 to produce the special CRYSTAL ice cream with milk or fruit.

THREE automatic programs: 1 to pasteurize the mix and transform it into ice cream, 1 to pasteurize, mature and then transform into ice cream, 1 to heat and cool the mix and then transform it into ice cream.

PERFORMANCE

Post-Cooling: To keep the consistency of the ice cream that comes out last intact, the cold is reactivated even during extraction with the post-cooling.

POM Stirrer: The stirrer has no central shaft and has removable POM blades, impervious to the cold, for the total expulsion of the ice cream.

During ice cream production, in the event of a power failure or accidental stop, an automatic "defrost" procedure when restarted allows production to be restarted quickly.

HYGIENE

The delayed cleaning program guarantees hygienic safety thanks to the temperature control of the cylinder once the ice cream has been extracted. It is therefore not necessary to wash the machine immediately in the event of prolonged work breaks.
